Parallel Crossing of Oatlands Drive Completed

A new parallel crossing of Oatlands Drive was completed last week, giving priority to people walking and cycling on Slingsby Walk.

Crossings of Wetherby Road and Oatlands Drive were to be built by 31st March 2024, but were repeatedly delayed.

The Wetherby Road crossing was completed in November 2025, and now the Oatlands Drive crossing has been added to the route.

Double yellow lines are due to be painted on the east side of Oatlands Drive to prevent parking on the Stray.
